If you’re already using Xero you probably have a pretty good handle on how it all works. We will do a review of your system to ensure it has been setup correctly and assist with training if there are any areas you are not certain about.

EXISTING BUSINESS USING AN ALTERNATIVE SYSTEM

If you are already running a business but using an alternative system (like Banklink or MYOB) we will assist in getting you up and running on Xero, including setting up your Xero system, transferring data from your alternative system and providing training on how to use Xero.

One-off setup fee: from $500 +gst

In order to get the most out of your Xero accounting system you need to know how to use the system properly and effectively. All our Firstmate Accountants are Xero certified advisors and are available to assist you with your Xero training needs. We can come to you or do the training via phone / video call - whatever works for you.

Our training will be tailored to your specific needs and can cover whatever areas you need help with, for example reconciling your daily bank feeds, generating debtors invoices, handling creditors invoices, updating your fixed assets register and GST return preparation. We can also help you get the valuable financial information you need about how your business is running, by showing you how to run reports and help you identify which reports are best for your particular business.
